Often, especially in recent years, under the seminar, we understand the process of obtaining information from the same teacher / expert / master / speaker on the topic of the seminar. there is also an opportunity to ask questions or a little to share experiences and hear from the specialist advice or assessment of certain of our actions. In addition, there is some talk “on the sidelines” during the coffee breaks, when participants will often receive much more interest is their information, exchanging experiences, knowledge and just thoughts, speculations and suggestions with each other. Without loss of value and utility of learning in the form of workshops, let’s still consider what are the benefits of training as a form of knowledge. There is no single and clear definition, but what still is a training offered here certainly is not worth it, because their a lot, but still can say that: Training – an interactive form of teaching adults (generally), in which participants have the opportunity to gain new knowledge, exchange their knowledge and that importantly, experience, and most importantly – gain practical skills to use the knowledge gained. Interactivity should not be understood only as the use of a laptop, projector and presentation in the statement of a material – all of the above is only an auxiliary tool for information delivery, which affects one of the channels of perception by man. This term is necessary to understand the use of techniques that allow the exchange of information in a dialogue with an effective feedback, information sharing within small groups, and between all group members.
