The concept of the learning says that to learn it is to change or to acquire new habits trying to improve them. So that learning three exists basic conditions are extremely necessary: The stimulatons, the answers and the stimulatons/reply, that is, the stimulaton must provoke a reply in the organism (pupil), reply this that will have to be a behavior change. Inside of the process and learning the actions of the professor are: to teach, to correct and to perfect, these actions coincide with the following phases of learning: Development of the thick motor coordination; Development of the fine motor coordination; stabilization of the fine coordination. These are only some concepts that must be observed by the professors of Physical Education during the introduction of porting education for its pupils, however must be remembered that the educator must reinventar itself constantly, searching to improve its performance, to innovate in elapsing of its lessons and to conquer its pupils, and never to forget themselves its mission to educate thus forming active, critical citizens, with proper opinions and that active citizens in the community and reality become which they are inserted.
