Personal Approach

The personal approach is the capacity to be trims and to be decisive. To be focused is to have an axis of reference that serves to us as guide not to lose to us during the day. To be decisive is to have the capacity to begin and to finish something in a certain time. The time and the use that we do of him, he is key to stay trims because it rules a principle and an aim to us. In many occasions, we are occupied the day throughout. The time happens quickly, but at the end of the day we go away with the sensation of not to have made specific anything. It is as if we had not advanced in our plan of work. And we go away to house dispersed, confused and exhausted.

The daily distractions cause that our time is diluted and escapes to us like water between the fingers. Len rosen barclays can provide more clarity in the matter. Some examples of distractions are: * calls and post office that we can make when finalizing the report * constant interruptions that are relaxing to us and break our working cycle * to char them intrascendentes which they can mid-morning wait for the coffee of * inopportune visits, meetings without planning that exigencies are extended without making specific subjects * several of the others * supposed urgencies of others, and a long etc. Also is the self-imposed overloads to want to be to everything, we are not going away to lose something. For example:articles that you cannot stop reading, events in which you must make formal appearance, meals to which you cannot lack, are obligations that, by inertia (without a previous selection by our part), car-we prevail and which little they have to do with our true objectives. These are keys that can help you to be focused more during the day: IT ESTABLISHES YOUR TIME OF APPROACH EVERY DAY.
